YM ATHLETICS IS BUILDING FOR 2026–2027.

The next chapter of YM Athletics basketball is taking shape.

We are preparing to announce tryouts for our 2026–2027 club basketball teams, including opportunities for 5th through 8th grade athletes to compete on the Adidas Jr. 3SSB Circuit, along with general tryouts for our expanding travel basketball program.

Tryout dates have not yet been announced.
For now, we're asking players and families to follow YM Athletics and stay connected.

When registration opens, we want you to be among the first to know.

But we're building much more than a tryout.
We've brought experienced coaches into the organization to lead the charge for 2026–2027 and help us establish a culture centered around player development, accountability, competition and opportunity.

Our vision is to create a pathway where athletes can grow with YM Athletics — from middle school basketball through our elite teams — while gaining access to opportunities that extend beyond the court.

That includes:
🏀 Adidas Jr. 3SSB opportunities for 5th–8th grade athletes
🏀 Competitive travel and club basketball
🌎 Regional and national competition opportunities
🎥 Media exposure and original sports content
📲 Athlete brand-development education
🏆 Events, showcases and experiences within the YM Athletics ecosystem

WE'RE ALSO LOOKING TO BUILD WITH OTHER PROGRAMS.

🏀 YM ATHLETICS IS GROWING — AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR COACHES WHO WANT TO GROW WITH US.

YM Athletics is continuing to build the next phase of our basketball program.

We have already acquired two elite coaches who believe in our vision, and we are now looking to add additional experienced coaches to our bench.

This isn't simply about filling coaching positions.
We are looking for individuals who want to help shape the culture of YM Athletics, develop young athletes and become vital members of a growing sports organization.

Our vision extends beyond tournament basketball.

As YM Athletics continues to grow:

🏀 Our elite teams will have opportunities to compete on a national schedule.

🏀 Our middle school program will participate on the Adidas Jr. 3SSB circuit during the 2026–2027 season.

🎥 Athletes will be introduced to media, content creation and brand-development education designed to prepare them for the changing landscape of sports.

🎬 Our teams and athletes will be part of a larger ecosystem that produces original sports content, documentaries, digital media and live events.

🏟️ And our biggest step is ahead of us: 2027 is the year we intend to make the YM Athletics Sports & Media Complex a reality.

We know exactly what we're building.
Now we're looking for the right people to help us build it.

We want coaches who bring basketball knowledge, leadership, accountability and the ability to connect with young athletes — but equally important, coaches who can see where youth sports are going and want to be part of that future.

We aren't just assembling teams. We're building an organization.

Built Different: The Proving Grounds, basketball is only part of the experience.

We’ve intentionally designed an event where competition is paired with storytelling, leadership, personal branding, media production, and opportunities for athletes to grow both on and off the court.

A coach’s job is to put their players in position to be successful for the betterment of the team. Coach has to remind the best finisher on the team to stop settling for 3s. After another missed attempt, Coach Vic had to get brutally honest with Yader.
On the same coin it’s also a coach’s dream to have players who believe in themselves and each other. That’s what Yader & Kaiden showed. Kaiden keeping confidence in his teammate. Yader for being fearless and making a jump shot the very next possession.
