In under 6 months of coming to primal kickboxing, my physical health has done a complete 180. I feel extremely confident and strong, my clothes all fit me again, and I have so much energy and drive. 30 minute workouts 3x weekly have completely transformed my physique and fitness since February, which makes me feel so motivated for the next 6 months and where this program will take me. I cannot recommend coming here enough to anyone who wants to get fit, manage stress, feel stronger, etc! If the gym bores you, or what you’ve been trying has not been enough to see real results, this program will completely change that and keep you coming back for more.
