You can design your own doors, trim, mantles, bars, benches or anything else you can imagine. No two designs are exactly the same since each design is hand drawn and then hand carved. Call, email or just stop in and I'll be glad to talk with you.

hi everyone, i apologize for not responding to emails and posting here on the page. i went by the old place johnny was at and he's gone, as im noticing some in the emails were asking.
the phone number i have, he hasnt responded with me calling or texting. i do not know where he went. lets hope he's found a better place. once i find out i will update. my apologies again, i dont go into the forge like i used to do. Chris

He is Not running this page tho i have tried many times to get him to help run it. so he does not see the messages.
I hate asking you to send a text but that is about the only communication with him other then going there and walking out with your trim.

Ok guys this is the deal. Johnny (from the last I spoke with him) said he will not ship anymore.
The reason is because regardless of what shipper he uses, your work gets to you broken.
These arent items made in china where you can get duplicates for nothing. Johnny works on each piece, and each piece is different in many ways.
If you go to visit to get his work and want to get some at your home. Please make the arrangements to either take it with you or you have it delivered.
He can give you a finish by date, and you take care of the pick up and deliver.
You have seen first hand his work, you know it's unique and beautiful.
He's refunded and replaced many pieces which holds other's work back and yes his time is worth something.
He does this for a living, not a hobby.
I dont want to sound rude, but I have known him for a few years now. I have watched him create, I have watched many walk in, and walk out.
I have watched his frustration when someone gets something broken.
So please. get his amazing work, you know the change it makes on your home and in your home. but also prepare to take care of the shipping if you're not able to take home with you as you pay him.
I dont live as close to him as I once did so I am not able to go by and see him, but I am going to make the time to let him know your concerns.
Yes me texting or calling can be as difficult for me as it can be for you. My only option is to physically go by the shop, let him see your concerns and pass it on.
If he still owes you work, please send a private message to the page so it will be easier to find rather then trying to find the post you might have commented on.
This is the best I can do for you. I just hope it will be good enough.
Have a good Easter, be safe. and please just contact the page with private messages. State what you bought/when/where you are/ a phone number to contact (please do not post your phone numbers on a public page).

My apologies for not having posted anything in awhile. and please accept apologies for not being able to respond. I want everyone to know Johnny does not run this page nor is he an admin of it. I am a friend from a few years back. I am not able to go by the shop as often as I used to be able to do since I live further away from it and do have a full time job.
I can only hope that Johnny fulfills the orders he has taken from you and if you have paid. I do know the last time I talked with him he said he was no longer shipping because the Shipper keeps breaking the pieces , you get broken goods, he has to redo and then ship out all over again.
So if you're wanting his work, which is amazing, come into the Forge (Pigeon Forge) with a way to take your work home with you.
Again, please accept my apologies for late responses and not posting any updates. I will try this weekend to get to the shop and let him know your concerns which are valid.

Hey Everyone. sorry to have been so lax, i havent gotten the chance to get by Johnny's as often as I used to be able to do. I did see him, and for those experiencing problems, just hang tight, he's working very hard to get everything fixed for you. Seems a lot of bumps in the roads have been for all lately. Johnny is true to his word, if there are any issues, please send a message and I will do all I can to get it to him so you get that amazing trim he creates. Thanks for understanding, Chris
