When was the last time a question changed everything?

We make assumptions every day about people, conversations, situations, and even ourselves.

Yet sometimes the greatest leadership opportunity is simply asking one more question.

What am I missing?
What else might be true?
What matters most to the person in front of me?

Is your team really aligned, or simply getting things done?

A team can be busy, productive, and even profitable while still experiencing misalignment.

Sometimes it shows up in conversations that keep repeating, decisions that take too long, or people working hard without moving in the same direction.
