Our spacious gyms allow for each member to work out while maintaining plenty of distance and our sanitization procedures ensure all equipment is deep cleaned daily. We have exceptional members and our staff are the most knowledgeable in the region. Each staff member, from front desk to personal trainer, comes with abundant experience and a dedication to helping YOU be your best!

We first opened for business in 1987 in a modest 5,000 square foot renovated grocery store. Since then, our policy of “take care of the members’ needs and success will follow" has propelled us to the status of being voted the best health club in the region!
