With so many camps to choose from in the Triad, what sets apart our Summer Conditioning and Volleyball camp? Besides athletes getting camp gear AND 16 hours of positional explanations and training, strength and conditioning along with injury prevention, technical adjustments, and volleyball vocabulary from our coaches each week, your athlete is also proving and developing their GRIT.
