♥️🤍💙Emily has pushed herself in each class and loves getting feedback and working with our coaches! She’s not afraid of a new challenge and lifts those around her up! We love having her energy in the studio!

Why do you love F45?
What’s not to love about F45?! The coaches, the studio, the members, the workouts, the vibes, THE MUSIC, etc. Do I need to go on?

Why did you start?
I plateaued with my at-home workouts. I needed a change after having 2 babies and F45 was the answer. All it took was one trial workout to get me hooked and I knew I found my fitness answer.

What keeps you motivated?
My family! I’m a big believer in being the strongest version of yourself for the people that love you. My two daughters look up to me and I want to be the strong, bada** mother that can pick them both up at the same time. Being an ER nurse, my patients need me to be strong physically and mentally.

What have you learned about yourself since committing to the studio?
That I’m a strong motha’!
F45 gave me the courage and strength to complete my first Hyrox. I couldn’t have done it without my coaches and partner! I’ve learned when you have the right community that you can accomplish anything.

Dozie Onunkwo!

We love seeing how hard Dozie works each day, challenging himself and those around him! He’s up for any challenge and isn’t afraid of putting in the work. We are lucky to have you!!

Why do you love F45?
I love how F45 always provides dynamic, challenging, and fun workouts that help me improve in all aspects of physical fitness. Strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. I also love the convenience of not having to plan my own workouts. I can just focus on pushing myself, rather than planning all of the exercises. Lastly, the trainers and members make it a fun environment to be in.

Why did you start?
After many years of mostly bodybuilding type training, I started getting bored and wanted to improve my fitness in more ways than just building muscle. I began trying boxing, yoga, and other classes. In 2020, I did a 1-week trial at F45 Coral Gables while living in Miami and became a member. I thought it would be a great way to stay in great shape while setting new fitness goals outside of just improving my physique.

What keeps you motivated?
Whether it was school, career, or personal goals, I’ve always wanted to be the best version of myself. That process never ends. Now, as I’m older, I’m motivated to maintain my overall health to have the best quality of life and be around as long as possible for my future family.

What have you learned about yourself since committing to the studio?
I’ve learned that I’ll always find new ways to torture myself in the gym!

We have made the decision to leave the ClassPass platform. ClassPass is supposed to be utilized to attract new guests and fill empty spots in classes. It is not designed to replace core memberships. Their settings do not allow us to control ClassPass members taking spots in full classes, especially on holidays and weekends.

We have enjoyed getting to know all of the great people that ClassPass has brought to our studio and we hope you continue to workout with us!

We have multiple membership and class pack options available! If you are currently utilizing ClassPass and want to continue to workout with us call, text, DM or email us and we will get you setup!

Expect progressive overload, faster cycle rates (hello burpees 👀), and a push toward heavier bench and RDL loads - all paired with hybrid conditioning that challenges both strength and stamina 🥵🌶️🔥
