VMSBT Scratch Match-Play Doubles Recap

Let’s congratulate the team of Nick Trentler and Fero Williams for capturing our first all match-play doubles event at Greenway Bowl!

Financial Recap
Entry fee: $160/team ($100 prize, $54 lineage, and $6 expenses)
Prize fund: $100 x 29 teams = $2,900
Lineage: 29 teams x $54 = $1,566
Expenses: 29 teams x $6 = $174

I want to thank all of the bowlers for their grace and patience, as I worked through my self-inflicted (🤦🏾‍♂️) SNAFU with the software.

We will do another event like this but will have game six (6) as a position round game (thanks Gene Blair for the suggestion).

Team Walton Events Senior Shootout Recap

Congratulations goes out to Jim Einhorn for capturing the Senior Shootout and the $2,000 first place prize! 👏🏾🎉

We had 48 senior bowlers come out and compete on the 2023 PBA McEwan pattern (41’). It took a score of +74 to make the stepladder finals, and a score of +26 to garner one of the low to cash spots.
