I was going for volume today. I hit almost 30k just on leg press variations. I used to dread leg days myself but I kept telling myself "I love leg days"... Now I do love leg days. They are beginning to become one of my favorite days.
Once I convinced myself I love leg days the growth was tremendous. I truly focused and pushed weight and concentrated on form vs just going in and getting it done. Practice positive self talk.
