For the second time I have been promoted to a Second Grade Black Belt. The first was as an Instructor in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) and now in Eskrima (CCDP). Additionally, I am also working on acquiring my Black Belt as an Instructor in the Dos Armas program under the instruction of Senior Grand Master John Mac. It’s been a journey and continues to be. 👊 🥋

Awesome demonstration over at Headquarters today for the CCDP Bootcamp 2025! Our very own G**o Dean is representing us there now. He’s participating intense training, competing in tournaments, and hopefully belt advancing to 2nd grade Black in the CCDP program! 🤞 👊

I’d like to recognize Sequim Martial Arts CCDP Club’s newest belt promoted members: Jason, Justin, and Jazmin. Their hard training and commitment through months of group lessons, hours of private lessons, and finding time in their home life to practice on their own allowed them to successfully rank in their first promotion in the Worldwide Eskrima program of CCDP. Excellent work to you all and I very much look forward to training with you all in your next chapter of curriculum! 👏 👏 👏
