We are kicking off our programs at Tribal Edge this spring with an exciting boot camp for locals called Hero Lab- Basic Training.

With a focus on martial arts, protecting yourself and others, building fitness, awareness, and resilience, this 6-month extensive program is for locals who want to learn the martial but don't have time to learn the art.

It does not need to take years to be and feel safer whenever you go. Join me for a crash course where you will learn the basics and become more competent at defending yourself and your loved ones.

Wednesdays 5:30-7:00 at Tribal Edge.
