Gates at the Clallam County Fairgrounds open at noon on Friday (8/28) for the junior rodeo. Please enter off the W. 16th entrance for camping spots with hook-ups (1st come, 1st served). There is more dry camping off the Lauridsen Blvd. entrance. Please do not use the camping area in the northwest corner, there is a car show in that area this weekend. Looking forward to seeing you all this weekend, safe travels!

Rodeo dates: August 29th & 30th, 9:00AM start both days.

Entries must be received by Sunday, August 23rd.

Mounted practice this Thursday, July 30th at 5:00pm. We will have the roping sled & will practice barrels & poles if there’s interest. No rough stock practice this week. We may end up in the 4-H arena if the rodeo arena isn't ready.

Next rough stock practice planned for Thursday, August 6, be ready to ride at 5:30PM. Will need RSVPs for the rough stock practice next week, thank you!

ATTENTION ALL PJRA FAMILIES!

The Olympic Peninsula Rodeo Association (OPRA) needs our help this Wednesday & Thursday at 4:00PM at the rodeo arena. They are upgrading the rodeo arena, including building new rope boxes on the west end. No tools needed, just bring work gloves & water, and look for the tall guy, Joe Marceau. He needs help!

We WILL be having a rough stock practice ONLY this, Thursday, July 16th, starting at 6:30PM but PLEASE get there at 4:00PM to help beforehand. Questions? Call/text Jen Bond at 360-461-9588.
