We partner with our players to design, develop and implement a custom training program to achieve their highest potential. Through mentoring and coaching we build a strong bond, each athlete we work with has a personal coach and plan de

signed specifically for them. At Tri-City Knox Baseball, our approach is to develop a relationship built on commitment, discipline and passion to coach and train athletes to realize their dreams. We pride ourselves on building and executing strategies that create lifelong habits for winning and succeeding. Our program includes:

* fundamentals, conditioning and skill training,

* strength training, endurance, flexibility, agility and speed

* Nutrition and meal planning

* Injury prevention

* Life balance (academic commitment)

* College scholarship preparation and planning

Our focus is the student-athletes long term development and well being.
