Hello all, this month we will be having a long range match on August 23rd at 10AM, at Long Shot's range. We will have 3 or 4 stages for this match, with targets out to 500 yards, designed to be completed by a 5.56 rifle. Battle rifles are welcome for this match as well. Our match fee will be higher for this match, to reflect the cost of renting the range, but we have rented the range for the entire day. The match will most likely last until around 2/3PM, so feel free to bring precision rifles or anything else if you'd like to take advantage of the full 1000yd range after the match.

August 23rd, 9AM sign in, 10AM match begins
$40 match fee
Ear and eye protection required for all
Minimum round count 150 rifle, 50 pistol

Tomorrow’s (08/02/2026) match looks like it’s going to be a possible washout. If you plan on attending please bring a rimfire pistol in addition to rifle/pistol if you have one. If it’s a thunderstorm/downpour we can shoot rimfires under the pavilion.

This Sunday 08/02/2026 at 10:00am will be our monthly match. The pistol portion will be broken down into a couple technical stages, rifle will be a physically demanding stage. Here are the details:

Thank you for everyone who came out to our match Sunday, it was a great time with some guns we don't normally see, including some lever guns, revolvers, AKs, an M1 carbine, and a bolt action hunting rifle! Thanks to everyone who helped setup and teardown, and to Bill for the enjoyable stages.

Hello all, our next match will be Sunday, July 5th, at 10AM. This will be a lower round count Run What You Brung style match, so feel free to bring out your antique or weird fi****ms that don't get any love at the normal matches!

The stages will be designed so that you can use 2 separate fi****ms, ditching one gun and picking up a different one, if you so choose. All types of fi****ms are welcome, be they rifles, PCCs, shotguns with buckshot/slugs, revolvers, pistols, or anything else.

Sign ups @ 9AM, walkthrough and safety brief at 10AM
$20 match fee
Eye and ear protection required
Holsters and slings are NOT required for this match
1 pistol and 1 rifle stage with 24 hits required each
Time bonuses for manual fi****ms, revolvers, and single stacks

We will also be grilling burgers and hotdogs after the match.

The ancient texts have been found. Here are the scores for April 2026, and last Sunday (May) respectively. Take April scores with a grain of salt. I had a bunch of misses and it should be like +200. May is accurate to a T. I’m glad you guys enjoyed the wagon shoot. I could do those all day long. We shoot again on June 7.

Hey everyone. Sorry for the late post but we will be having a match tomorrow. It will be a high target count wagon shoot. No timer, catch as many as you can till the music stops. Pistol caliber only. Can be PCC or handgun. Bring at least 50 rounds in magazines. Match fee $20

Hello everyone, this Sunday April 5,2026 (Easter Sunday) at 10:00 we will be having a rifle/pistol event for all you rotten husband/wives and son/daughters that don’t want to show up for Easter dinner. We will be having a long-er range theme, with an Easter egg hunt thrown in. It will be a 1/4 mile walk to the shooting area so plan accordingly.
