Congratulations to Coach Luis Zamora on his many recent accomplishments! Coach Zamora has been coaching at Selma High School for the past 10 years and has also been a dedicated employee of Selma Unified School District throughout that time. Beyond his work at the high school level, he has made a tremendous impact on the community by coaching numerous youth teams, helping run the Selma Youth Soccer League, organizing free youth soccer camps, and assisting with the ESYN Soccer League to help ensure soccer opportunities are available to individuals of all abilities. It is great to see Coach Zamora receive the recognition he so richly deserves. This year alone, his team earned another CIF Central Section Championship appearance after capturing the title last season. He was named Tri-County Conference (Sequoia Division) Coach of the Year, recognized as Selma Unified School Districtâs Employee of the Year, and most recently selected as the Head Coach of the East Team for the Central Section All-Star Game. Congratulations, Coach Zamora! These honors are a testament not only to your success on the field but also to your dedication, leadership, and service to the students and families of Selma. Thank you for everything you have done for Selma High School and the entire Selma community.
