We had a great weekend class on Saturday. We greatly appreciate Bu Sabom Nim Misita ( Tony Misita) for making the effort to come visit with Selma Karate, to fellowship and provide clarity to help us be better than we were before. Great gratitude to Sunim Sabom Nim Navarra ( Kathleen Navarra) for everything she does, and her guidance and perseverance. We had a great class last night. With great gratitude we welcome Bu Sabom Misita, visiting from Tiger’s Den Karate and Nepal Tang Soo Do . We went through line drills and application of techniques.

We had a great class last. We went over form and some students earned a stripe on their green belt. Tang Soo!
