Hello, SLL families and community of Selma. This is Nicole from Selma little league and I want to give you an update on our honorary board member Will Goldbeck.

Many of you know Will, a truly valued member of the Central Valley. Right now, he is in the hospital after suffering a mini-stroke. He is currently in Room 10 at Adventist Hospital in Selma where he is receiving care.
I visited him this morning and he gave me permission to notify the community. If you know Will, have crossed paths with him over the years, or simply want to show your support, please consider stopping by to see him, send him a message, or keep him in your thoughts and prayers. 🧡🖤

⚾️🧡 Selma 10U All-Stars 🖤⚾️

What an incredible tournament run!

These boys gave it their all. Made up of players from both the Majors and Minors divisions, this team came together and made a memorable run to the championship, finishing in 3rd place.

Though they fell just short of the ultimate goal, they showed heart, grit, determination, and resilience every time they stepped on the field. We are so proud of this group and all they accomplished.

Thank you to coaches Todd, Manuel,Julio, and Abel for their countless hours, dedication, and sacrifices. We couldn’t have done this without you!

⚾️ Selma 10U All-Stars ⚾️

What a game! Our Selma 10U All-Stars battled until the very end and came away with an incredible 19-18 victory over Madera American in the 7th inning! âšľ

This was a true team win, with every player contributing and never giving up. After more than 3 hours of baseball, these boys showed tremendous heart, determination, and resilience to pull off an unforgettable victory.

Now it’s time for the next round!
