We will be open Monday at 9 am. Wednesday and Friday at 530 pm

The club will be open Monday Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 pm and subject to change. I will be focusing on the members that are registered with USA boxing and potentially want to compete. If you want your opinion to matter then get registered. The registered members will determine the days and times the club is open. Hope everyone has a great 2024!!!

Atleta: puedo fumar?

Atleta: puedo salir de fiesta con mis amigos y desvelarme?
Entrenador: claro que puedes!!
Atleta: puedo drogarme??
Entrenador: por su puesto que puedes
Atleta: entonces que no puedo hacer???
Entrenador: lo que no puedes hacer es esperar tener la condición física y habilidades para una competencia sin antes sacrificar todo lo que mencionaste.
Todo es permitido, pero no todo es conveniente.
Tú decides que sacrificar para tu próxima competencia, para tu vida.
Tú decides que es más importante ,tus deseos o tus sueños.
Tú decides hasta donde llegar ,ya sea hacia arriba o hacia abajo ,esa es tu responsabilidad.
