Another year is almost wrapped up and here the staff would graciously extend our upmost gratitude towards each and every member here at the gym! The bonds we’ve built over the years & new beginnings for all that have joined, we cannot be more blessed And thankful for the gift of fitness everyday here at our favorite place to be! Happy holidays to all and let’s continue to grow and conquer our goals as we enter a new year 💪🏽

In life grieving is our hardest challenge to face. We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of an iconic mentor to the Penridge community and our surrounding local town. Stephen “CP” Pattison what an amazing coach, trainer, and mentor countless people. He changed the lives to so many throughout the years with his big personality, lifting knowledge, and passion for all that he was involved in. CP was intensely involved in both the weight room at Pennridge and on the field where he taught valuable lessons & skills to all youth athletes about the gym and physical health.
From coaching, green jackets, to little league, to high school, sports, training powerlifters and competitions, and opening his own gym, he did it all with great pride & dignity that will never be forgotten. CP was well known for his famous lines to encourage discipline and create stability in so many daily habits that would grow with them for a lifetime. We will continue to honor him daily for all of his support and confidence, life wisdom, and all that he attributed and poured himself into.

What an amazing day in celebrating not only a day to be grateful for our families but to extend our blessings for our gym family too!! It’s what makes us strive daily to provide this space where we put it all to the metal and to keep our promise to keep this legendary local gym going!! It all comes down to each and every one of our members and the support you all have given in sharing your passion & drive to train hard and to do it together!

It was a great turnout as we keep this tradition alive! We could feel the energy thriving and all for the reason of being present to elevate ourselves in raising the standards for our lifestyles!

Since the beginning this gym has always been filled with members of all ages who come together in our local community to train hard & put their truest abilities to the test! We thrive off of keeping our gym family vibe alive by encouraging each other throughout all hours of the day to reach their goals! We believe our doors never shall close as we are grateful to have training in our lives, and know how important it is in our daily schedules everyday & especially during the holidays! Jenna lit up the stage in late April for her Pro Debut taking top 10 & receiving 8th place on a reputable stage & with an elite pro line up! We are so proud of our Pro’s here and constantly support them in their journeys & in being an inspiration to all aspiring &future competitors!
