Join us every Wednesday for Ab Wednesday! This isn’t your typical ab class. We use heavy bags, different equipment, and functional movements to challenge your core in ways that are actually fun.

We have classes at 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:30 PM, and 5:45 PM.

I’d like to give a huge shoutout to some amazing members of our Unique+Fit family! 😍

Congratulations to our instructor, Lew for completing the Spartan 10K in under 3 hours, finishing 19th in his age group and in the top 25% out of over 2,200 competitors. What an incredible accomplishment! Lew, thank you so much for being part of our team. ❤️

A huge congratulations also to our newer members, Shannon, Tina, and Natalie, for completing their very first mud run after only 6 weeks at Unique+Fit. Seeing how much stronger and more confident you’ve become in such a short time is amazing. ❤️❤️❤️

Unique + Fit is looking for a Group Fitness Instructor to teach Wednesdays at 4:30 PM and 5:45 PM.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, encouraging, and passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a fun, part-time role and a chance to become a long-term member of our team.

Experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn!

Today was one of those days that reminds me why I love what I do. ❤️🇺🇸

We had an amazing turnout for our 9 AM class, and then at 10 AM we celebrated the 4th of July with a little BBQ. Hot dogs, hamburgers, donuts, pasta salad, fruit… and yes, we really were eating burgers and hot dogs at 10 AM! 😂 Who says BBQ food is only for lunchtime?

Thank you to everyone who came, brought food, laughed, and spent part of your holiday with us. Days like today remind me that we’re so much more than a gym—we’re a family, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of you. ❤️
