💧 HYDRATE
Your body needs water for energy, recovery, muscle function, and overall health.
Sometimes fatigue, headaches, and low energy are simply dehydration.

😴 REST
Rest is productive.
Your body cannot recover, rebuild muscle, or regulate stress properly without sleep and downtime.

🧘‍♀️ RECOVER
Stretch. Walk. Take Pilates. Slow down when your body needs it.
