For your consideration: 2009 AQHA blue roan mare. Has been used as a Broodmare and has had some beautiful colts. She came from the KeSa dispersal sale and that line had a great program. She’s 15.3 and 1100 lbs and she puts a lot of bone on her babies who have all been a pleasure to start. She’s open and ready for her next cross. Very easy to handle. Selah Washington.

Today we pulled his shoes and turned this good old gelding out to retire. Every once in a while we get to own a horse that’s extra special and fits us really well. He helped me gain the confidence to start roping again after taking some time off to be a mom and a bad injury, and made up for my many mistakes while I did it. I hope to own another one just as exceptional as old Reno but that’s asking the good lord for a lot. You owe us nothing big boy. Enjoy the knee-high grass with your pards and thank you. You’re the best boy. ❤️

Big day for these two boys. Caught them snuggled up this morning taking a nap before they got castrated. It’s probably nice to have an emotional support buddy for something like this.
