25 Years Later, We Still Remember.

This September 11 marks 25 years since our nation lost nearly 3,000 Americans — firefighters, police officers, first responders, military members, and ordinary citizens whose courage defined one of our darkest days.

For more than 157 years, the Elks have stood for unity, patriotism, and service to our communities. This anniversary, Lodges across Washington and the nation are coming together through Patriots Day ceremonies and community events to remember those we lost, honor those who served, and recommit to the communities they gave so much to protect.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Dear Members,

I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our First Annual End of Summer Party such a great success!

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered their time, helped with setup and during the event, and to all of you who came out and enjoyed the day. It was wonderful to see our membership come together, enjoy some great food, have some fun, and most importantly, enjoy the great company of one another.
This was our First Annual End of Summer Party, and I hope it becomes something we can continue to do for years to come.

Please take time to thank Tamara for the fun event and offer any feedback to make it even better next Summer!

256,358 hours of service.
800,396 miles traveled.
$6,456,088 in donations.

Washington Elks created a $14,606,243.74 charitable impact across communities throughout our state in 2025–2026.

Even more important: WE REPORTED IT.

Every volunteer hour, mile, & dollar. Each act of service matters, and when we take the time to record it, those individual efforts become a goldmine of information that tells the story of who the Elks really are and what we really do.

Numbers like these help us show our communities, our elected leaders, our prospective members, and current members the incredible difference Elks make every single day. They give your members that prideful feeling that encourages them to renew each year.

This is our story. And these numbers help us tell it.
So keep reporting. Keep recording. Keep serving.

Yakima Elks 2 Man Best Ball. Letter from our Head Pro........

I want to start off by thanking all of you for playing this weekend in our annual Best Ball event, you all made this event very special for our club here at The Elks. Attached is the final leaderboard for the weekend along with a payout sheet. Please note that the 'Overall
Gross and Net Winners' of the field did force some adjustments on the payout sheet in their respected flights. The Payout Sheet is accurate.

All team payouts and KP's will be awarded in pro shop credit and will have to be spent by 3/31/27. All side game payouts for skins and deuce pot will be paid out in cash and can be picked up in the pro shop.

I would like to give a special thank you to our staff in the pro shop, the grounds crew and restaurant for making this event run seamless from an operations and course conditions standpoint. Also, thank you to our tee prize supplier this year, Oakley, for providing such awesome tee prizes for the field.

We look forward to hosting you all again next year!
