Response regarding reddit post and Ben Stroeger (who received this letter and chose to omit when he verbalized our response on his youtube channel). I would also like to add that we take full ownership with any warranty work that we do. Up to and including if you need it recoated from wear & tear. Some customers have had issues they were addressed and taken care of. Others with no issues with the gun have requested refunds on their used gun and we have done full refunds for them. We stand by our product and our customers when they have a legit complaint and/or issue. It is a lifetime warranty and customers at the 10,000 round mark can send it in at no cost to them and we will look the gun over and change out any parts that may need to be replaced again at no charge to the customer.
