The Seguin Coliseum is the place to be on Tuesday, Sept. 29 from 6 to 8 pm to learn everything there is to know about progress being made in the City of Seguin. Seguin Mayor Donna Dodgen and City Manager Steve Parker will break it all down in an informative presentation at the 2026 STATE OF THE CITY.

Bring your questions, get ready to meet the city council member serving your district, and visit with city staff at their department booths during this engaging, interactive and FREE event. Open to all residents.

Congratulations to our very own staff for receiving the award of, “Making A Difference” from the City of Seguin.

This award was awarded to the following employees, Joe Trevino, Abel Rosas, Baltazar Gonzalez, Gabby Moreno, Randy Odom & Exzaden Zepeda!

According to General Manager, Bruce Allen, “ the work that was accomplished together was remarkable. Team members marketed the reopening of the Golf Course by other service. The new mowers assisted The City vendors with leveling sprinklers and then took over the irrigation, work and new turf to stay on course with reopening timeline.

The team completed pristine lawn care that consisted of Spring weeds tree trimming fertilizing, the new turf, shaping the cart paths and mowing.”
