Change Of Pace Figure 8’s are a great way so get your athletes to not only change speeds while changing direction but it also helps them develop the ability dictate WHEN this change happens.

No matter the sport (MMA, Football, Basketball, Tennis, Soccer, etc) the team or player that dictates the pace… usually dictates the outcome

Welcoming Zach Sears to the All In Performance Team!!

There are all different types of movements to get a young athletes body in tune with what they are actually trying to accomplish. I’m a huge fan of wall drives to aid in the understanding of position and force production but when it comes to initiating a sprint I love these wall drills.

Helps the athlete understand the importance of shin angle and triple extension when starting a sprint and they are just a tad more fun than your basic wall drive drills.

Proud uncle is an understatement! From watching this young man play youth football up what he has accomplished now…you always knew he was a special type of athlete. Not only did .w.3_ work his butt off to get to this point…he moved from RI to Florida and away from everything he knew to better himself as an athlete and to follow his passion. As much as it bothers us that we don’t get to see you often…at least you made everything worth it !!! Love you, kid!!!

These two 11 year old youth athletes may be the most coachable young females I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Train, only ask training related questions, get back at it!! Literally more mature than their coach lol

No GHR machine? No Nordic machine? No Leg curl machine? Try some of these eccentric nordics! With the added band resistance it’s much easier on the hamstring allowing you to control the deceleration phase and more importantly allows for a strong contraction during the concentric phase from full knee extension.

Well, what can I say my twin sister today on our bday!!! My best friend, my worst enemy lol My biggest fan, my biggest critic. The first person I call for advice, the first person I call to bitch out lol you are my twin sister and we share a special bond that will never be broken. Words can’t describe what you mean to me so I’ll just leave it with…I love you with all of my heart and Happy Bday!!!
