For those who like to give students “ homework” in light of the passing of Chuck Norris I assigned all students to watch a movie in which he has a credited part ( episodes of Walker Texas Ranger do not count).

I encourage all others to do so as there should never be a situation in a do Jang where a students says” who is Chuck Norris?”.

So who doesn’t like some satirical humor?

But you know what is not a joke or satire?

What it can inspire.

And we are inspired?

Ever thought of giving a traditional martial art a try? Have a young person who wants to try it? Maybe you thought about it when yoh were young?

Well you are never too old. So no joke here. For new potential students for the month if Januray train for 50% of regular tuition ( normally $50 for the first person in a family). This includes family rates.

And if you find it isn’t for you? That resolution to try it is done and not abandoned. If you do there is a whole art waiting for you. Maybe even some lifetime friends…
