Day 5 ~ Red Rock of Sedona trail running camp. 5.5 Miles. 575’ Gain. Bittersweet, but oh so amazing 🏜️🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏽‍♂️‍➡️Our crew could not have had a better final day on the trails. The Vortex vibes🌀were flowing and the sun was shining! Huge high five 🙌 to the for giving our runners restful nights and the amazing team at for keeping our runners running 💆🏼‍♀️ It takes a Village and we love ours ♥️ Until next time campers…
