This deeply transformative retreat from Dance Alchemy begins with a childhood process or originated in the Osho mystery school in India.

This is equivalent to part two of the dance alchemy training, and as a chance to enter the training.

It is an opportunity to clean up the wounds from early life that affect your life now - relationships, self-confidence, trust, creativity – with love.

But more than that, to reclaim the the essential abilities, qualities, gifts, innocence and strengths which we came here to this life with - and as everybody in our society, lost contact with through conditioning. You, as all of us, had to turn away from your souls essence to try to be as you “should be”, for others.

It is an opportunity to set things straight, unwind this past, and experience a rebirth into who you really are.

Through somatic work, movement, dance, celebration and meditation, you can unwind old restrictions from childhood experiences in your body, mind and emotions and expand into your essential self.

The last five days are focused on unwinding old self-destructive patterns, creating new neural pathways in your body-mind system and emotions, expanding your insights and creativity, and applying them to your life as you move towards the joy of being yourself!
