Barbara Joy has been gracing SedonaFit with her expert knowledge of Pilates for years. She teaches the Friday morning mat class, as well as individual private sessions on the Reformer.

"A Pilates mat class offers a full-body workout that strengthens and tones muscles using controlled, precise movements and controlled breathing," says Barbara. "At the end of class you'll enjoy feeling less stress, and be more energized and centered. It's accessible to all fitness levels. Pilates helps improve posture, flexibility, and core stability, better balance and coordination in daily life."

At SedonaFit, we have the best mat Pilates teachers! Here's the scoop on one of them: Camille.

According to Ed B.: "Since taking Camille's classes, I'm amazed at how much easier it is to do things I used to struggle with. I'll be taking these classes for the rest of my life!"

Having taught mat Pilates for almost 20 years, Camille makes sure her classes are fun and everyone practices correct form.

Now teaching at 8:55 on Mondays (membership) and 8:30 a.m. on Wednesdays ($15 pay Camille).
