One full week down and I have shedded 10 pounds weighed in at 270. That includes falling off of the diet because of someones good cooking.

I have watched my brother leave and come home 10 months later looking completely jacked. My 10 months starts tomorrow. I will post progress pics.

Instead of just playing video games on the couch you should try the Wii or the PS3 Move. I just got mine and when you get into the games not only do you work up a sweat but its alot of fun as well.

my arms are really responding to a change in my bicep and tricep workouts. starting a month ago i dropped the amount of weight i lifted and starting doing sets of anything from 15-25. For many, this causes them to lose muscle mass but for me. im finally at over 19" without a pump.

time for a tricep workout... remember the tricep make up the majority of the upper arm so big arms require big tris.
