Welcome to Caney Creek Outfitters located in Southeastern Kansas near the towns of Sedan and Cedar Vale. Our focus is providing World Class guided hunts for whitetail deer on nearly 30,000 acres of private ranch and farmland. We also offer Spring turkey hunts for Easterns and Rios combined with shed antler hunting and fantastic light tackle fishing, all in the same day!

I’m so glad that I came up in difficult financial circumstances because I’m always content and willing to work hard for what I want or need and I’m willing to put the sweat equity in to make it happen!
I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. I feel so blessed!

Thanks to all those who sent me happy birthday wishes! Facebook sent me a memory of my birthdays and I realized I had spent 30 years in a row on the water with clients in Alaska! I never thought it would end! Don’t blink my friend! God is good! Enjoy the great outdoors!

Working on projects at caney creek outfitters takes dedication and determination! However; you will never have the skills and equipment necessary to be totally self sufficient out here and that’s where; often times, friends and neighbors willingly offer to lend a hand! I’m feeling blessed and thankful!

It was 100 degrees again today! Misery! I go days at a time without talking to a human face to face! When I get a chance I go a little overboard! Ha!

The trouble with raising an orphan animal is that you get attached to them! Ha! I have to make sure this deer is protected because it has no wild instincts to survive.
