Good Morning everyone with All the questions I've been getting from my private number I figured I should post it on the company page.
Reference the Recent ruling in the 5th Circ. Court on Suppressors and other NFA items no longer needing a form 4 to be transferred.
Missouri is not in the 5th circuit court we are in the 8th circuit court and while yes it's a ruling for that court it's more of guidance in other courts. ATF has not gave us any clarification for new processes. Going forward we are staying with current processes. However there is currently a case in the 8th circuit court. Pending. We're working with our legal team to get clear understanding and processes going forward. We will update you as we know. My opinion and only opinion the writing is on the walls and I would guess in the very near future we will be able to transfer former nfa items thru the standard 4473 background check. We still very much suggest buying the Suppressor or suppersors from Silencershop and choosing us as your dealer of choice and continuing the great business we've built with you all over the 18 years.
