I’ve been asked if I’ll ever get heavier dumbbells and this is why I never will. I’ve got a few already bent and it’s instances like this that’s solidify why. If you can’t control your weight use lighter weight. From this point forward if you’re caught uncontrollably dropping dumbbells, you will be told to leave.
