This weekend was special. Different kind of strong. 💜
We celebrated Jennifer, Erica, and Prathika — three absolute warriors stepping into motherhood in just a few short weeks.
Through every phase of their pregnancy, they showed up.
Modified. Adjusted. Listened to their bodies.
And still put in the work — safely, smartly, and with their doctor’s approval.
That’s what real strength looks like.
Not just lifting weight…
But carrying life — and still choosing to take care of yourself along the way.
At S2F, we don’t “stop” when life changes…
We adapt, adjust, and keep moving forward.
Because staying active during pregnancy can:
• Help maintain strength & endurance for delivery
• Improve energy, mood, and recovery
• Support better posture and reduce aches/pains
But more importantly…
This weekend wasn’t about training.
It was about celebrating three incredible women and the next chapter of their lives.
