Submit 2 Fitness exists to provide you with a complete resource to achieve all of your goals ranging from short-term fitness and performance to long-term health and wellness. We realize that everyone is different and that each person has individual needs that should be addressed by a multi-faceted approach in order to achieve lasting results. All classes for CrossFit and Kettlebell are offered in

three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. In addition to large group personal training, personal and semi-private personal training is also available. This includes monthly clinics and nutritional consultation.

☔💪 Rain? What rain?

Saturday we showed up, honored those who gave everything, did MURPH, ate GOOD, and reminded ourselves why S2F is more than just a gym... it's a family. 🏋️‍♂️🔥

MURPH isn't just a workout. It's a tribute. A reminder of the sacrifices made so we can live freely and we carried that weight with pride. 🇺🇸🙏

Nothing stops this community. Not the weather. Not the miles. Not the hundreds of reps. We push through together, then we celebrate together.

This weekend was special. Different kind of strong. 💜

We celebrated Jennifer, Erica, and Prathika — three absolute warriors stepping into motherhood in just a few short weeks.

Through every phase of their pregnancy, they showed up.

Modified. Adjusted. Listened to their bodies.
And still put in the work — safely, smartly, and with their doctor’s approval.

That’s what real strength looks like.
Not just lifting weight…
But carrying life — and still choosing to take care of yourself along the way.
