How Long Does Murph Actually Take?

We researched and found a good representation of some sample times. While some amazing people/athletes fall in the elite category, there is a wide range of times which the average CrossFit population will fall between.

Intermediate: 45โ€“60 min
Beginner/scaled: 60โ€“90 min

Big milestone for Anthony ๐Ÿ‘

After putting in the work through our 1-on-1 Fundamentals program, heโ€™s officially graduated and joined his first group class yesterday! ๐Ÿ’ช

With the guidance of Coach Robert, Anthony built a strong foundation by learning and practicing the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFitโ€”focusing on proper mechanics, consistency, and confidence every step of the way.

This is where it all starts.

Not just workoutsโ€ฆ but learning how to move well and train safely then transition into group classes with proper guidance from our coaches.
