I am a little slow posting, but I am back from the runoffs and had a very successful week.
I set my fastest qualifying lap the first day and then progressively got slower. Found a dying wheel bearing, replaced that and set my personal best lap during the race (2:17). Exhaust pipe decided to unfasten its rear mount in lap 5 and hung in there (literally) all the rest of the race. The car sounded a little like a war chant going around the track, the extra back pressure and worry of losing it completely slowed me down a bit, but finished a respectable 10th.
Very pleased with the week, and a BIG THANKS to David Boles and his brothers Pinky and Ralph for all the help during the week.
