There is a Traditional only 3D shoot tomorrow(Monday May 25 ) at Sarasota Archers. Gate opens at 8. It’s a fun shoot.
Sarasota has their Monthly 3D shoot next Saturday that is open to both Compound and Traditional archers.
On Sunday, May 31 Central Florida Archers is hosting their "Trail Shoot". It looks to be a whole lot of fun.

We collected $419 for our local JROTC/NASP program! For our first time, I am calling that a success. I think its safe to say everyone enjoyed themselves.
What a great day, time spent outdoors, shooting our bows, making some money for a great group of Cadets.

It looks like we will NOT be hosting a shoot in June. Several of us will be out of town throughout the month on vacation. Our next scheduled shoot will be in July. We will be posting more about that in the next few days. Mark July 25th on your calendar now.

Today we hosted a shoot to benefit the local JROTC Cadets. Many of our club members and other archers came out and supported these cadets. We want to thank everyone who came out and mentored these students. There is no way we could have hosted that many cadets AND had them have the fun they had without you all. They say “it takes a village,” and you guys proved that today.

We are so proud of all of the cadets and their coaches from Avon Park High, Sebring High and Lake Placid High. They were an excellent group of students; very well behaved and respectful to everyone!

Looking forward to it again in the future!

Here’s a sneak peak at our trophies for the JROTC cadets.
We have had some interest from other NASP folks. You are welcome to come out and join us. If you are shooting your Genesis bow, you shoot for free and we will have some awards for 2 age brackets (Middle and High school).
As I am sure you all already know, archery is a great sport and the people you meet are some of the best folks anywhere....if you are inclined, we are asking for volunteers (2 adults) to be teamed up with 2 cadets. For most of them this will be their first time at a shoot and we want it to be a positive experience. Let us know at registration if you are willing to partner up with some cadets.
