A neat combination for yogis and foodies happening this Friday at Giving Tree Cafe 🥙🧘‍♂️🌅

We’ll move through a series of “Phlow” yoga techniques, integrating our mobility and flexibility with the guidance of our breath and Sophia’s cues.

Once we’ve soothed our vehicles and focused our minds we will give ourselves a sweet reward of organic tea elixirs and pick from a cornucopia of Latin inspired tapas made by Giving Tree’s chef and co-owner Richard Nelson.

A unique union of expertise in two different worlds working to bring Vero Beach and Sebastian a healthier, more connected community.

$30 gets you an hour of yoga and lots of yumminess. ✨

Bringing animation, connection and dynamic movement to the kids yoga practice before our daily surf. Isn’t it incredible how each and every one of us is born with the flexibility and dexterity to move our bodies through shapes such as these?!

By gracing your life with the gift of yoga, you quite literally invite your body to remember what it is like to feel good, to feel free and to be supple like a child. The invitation is more than simply physical, because by building a healthy body you are simultaneously constructing a bridge to homeostasis.

A nervous system that knows it’s vessel is capable of lifting, twisting and bending into a variety of shapes is a calm one. Add in weight lifting/strength training and your nervous system now knows you can handle anything! Imagine living without fear. This is the return to the childlike mind. This is liberation!

Did you know that Miss Sophlow, after a year long hiatus from teaching yoga, is back?! You can attend traditional Hatha Yoga class every Thursday night at 6 pm. Classes are donation/barter based, hosted at a private location. Cruising into the weekend like ~

Surf camp is on at Sebastian Inlet Surf & Sport and the stoke was high this week with perfect little waves on a shallow sandbar. The forecast for next week is looking similar. We love mellow Florida summer time waves for familiarizing beginners in the crystalline waters of our beloved East Coast!

Tired of letting your kids have all the fun at summer camp?!? Join Chica Weekend June 19-21st for a weekend filled with surfing and sisterhood. We will play like we are 12 years old again. Doesn’t matter your experience, your age or your shape! Surfing is for EVERYONE.
