When championship season arrives, every single stroke counts. Excellent footage of the Women’s U17 quad putting in the crucial final meters ahead of Nationals. Moving a quad at elite speeds requires four athletes breathing, catching, and driving as an absolute single unit. It all comes down to trusting the heavy endurance miles you’ve logged all year.
