I can only preach from what I’ve learned and experienced. When consistently training max velocity your nervous system adapts to the highest intensity of movement you can perform. What does this mean? Faster reaction time, increased power, agility, strength, quicker processing, and less injury prone. The key is the system you build to handle such intense forces. Acceleration work, resisted accelerations, bounds, resisted bounds, drops from various heights, various hops, technical work, etc. if you’re serious about stepping your game up let’s lock in. 🤝.
