Southwest Bowl Of Champions Tournament -Turkey Bowl

To Whom It May Concern,

We regret to inform you that the 13th Annual South West Turkey Bowl, originally scheduled for November 22–23, 2025 at Highline Memorial Stadium, has been canceled. This decision follows efforts to reach a reasonable and fair agreement on weekend expectations with SBC and the school district, as well as concerns about significantly increased costs. After careful consideration, cancellation appears to be the most responsible course of action for all parties involved.

Normally, I would seek alternate venues at the last minute; however, due to a lack of interest this year—with only seven teams participating—I have no viable alternatives available.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these challenges for next year.

It’s almost that time of year again! As your football season wraps up, do you want to keep the momentum going? Are you eager to face teams you’ve never played before? The 2025 Seattle's 13th Annual SBC Thanksgiving Turkey Bowl Tournament is your chance!

Why Choose the SBC Turkey Bowl?
There have been copycats and individuals who attempt to host their own bowls on the same weekend as us. We are proud to remain Washington's #1 Bowl, not because we do anything different, but because we have been consistent for over a decade, doing it on the same 3rd weekend in November. We start planning and preparing for this event in July to ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.

What to Expect:
Guaranteed 2 Games**: Compete against teams from all over Washington, Alaska, and California and Idaho right here in Seattle.
Inclusive Competition**: Our tournament focuses on giving every team a chance to shine, regardless of their regular-season record. Whether your season was 3-3 or undefeated, we’ll match you against teams of similar skill levels.
Age-Based Format**: We support the universal platform of youth football for ages 7u, 9u, 11u, 12u, 13u, and 14u. Please note that we are age-based only; GET YOUR TEAM IN NOW!
