Seattle Dojo The oldest Judo Dojo in North America estab. 1902. COVID-19 Status

Currently, we are open for senior class only. Class will be from 6:30-7:50 PM.

Members who wish to attend class must be fully vaccinated (must show proof of vaccination), will need to fill out additional paperwork. We are also requiring everyone to be masked indoors at all times. For more information email us at [email protected]. To keep our members who can't make senior class, we continue to have workouts at 7:00 pm over Zoom on Monday and Thursdays, which are free

and available to anyone who is interested. We also have some in-person outdoor training on the weekends, which is also open to anyone who would like to join us. Please drop us an e-mail to receive the details to join either of these activities. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to seeing you all on the mat once we’re back at the dojo! UPDATE:
Out juniors class will reopen on Thursday, March 3rd. Beginning on March 3rd, senior class will begin at 8:10 PM to allow for cleaning the mats between classes.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our Seattle Dojo Family Night at the Mariners game! had an amazing time cheering, laughing, and making memories together. We're so grateful for every member, family, and friend who came out to support our dojo. Here's to many more fun events together!

We were incredibly fortunate to welcome Olympic and World Champion Natsumi Tsunoda to the Pacific Northwest for a couple of judo clinics. During her visit, she was gracious to find time to make a special stop at Seattle Dojo. She included footage of her visit to Seattle Dojo in her latest video on her YouTube channel.

What an amazing week! Thank you to everyone who made Seattle Dojo Judo Summer Camp 2026 such a memorable experience.

A special thank you to & for joining us, and to all of our incredible senseis and volunteers. We truly couldn’t have done it without your time, dedication, and support.

This week was filled with learning, new friendships, great training, and lots of laughter. Most importantly, everyone had fun while growing both on and off the mat.

Congratulations to all of our Seattle Dojo competitors who participated in the 2026 USA Judo Junior Olympics National Championships. We are so proud of the hard work, dedication, and determination you showed throughout the tournament. No matter the outcome, you represented our dojo with courage, respect, and great sportsmanship. Keep learning, growing, and enjoying the journey.

A big thank you to our coaches, Sensei Pepper and Sensei Leslie, for all of your support and encouragement throughout the weekend.

Thank you to our referees, Sensei Brian, Sensei Pat, and Sensei Alan, for your time and support during the tournament.
