Friends of the Jefferson Park Skate Space

Friends of the Jefferson Park Skate Space Seattle's first skateable art installation, designed by Torey Pudwill and C.J. Rench.

Per its Citywide Skatepark Plan, the Seattle Department of Parks & Recreation selected a site for the Red Bull Skate Space in Myrtle Edwards Park, just North of the Olympic Sculpture Park. Then, in response to concerns by the Seattle Art Museum, the site was changed to the Jefferson Park Skatepark. We support this partnership, and the idea of Integrated Skateable Terrain in Seattle.
