Today's tech tip:

l've read a few books around this topic. I like how focused this one is. Instead of trying to solve everything, it narrows in on one topic and explains why each point and exercise matters.
It's written around climbers, but a lot of it applies to anyone. Kind of reminds me of how good climbing book break movement down into clear parts, drills, and progression.
Also appreciate the inclusion of consent and communication instead of pretending technique is the only thing that matters.
Overall: strong progress for the genre. More impressive than your 5.10 redpoints.
