We’re so excited to announce our newest teacher… Iris!

Iris discovered pole dance in 2013 and immediately became obsessed. The creativity of pole and the emotion of freestyle dance was catnip to someone who’d grown up in the rigid world of competitive gymnastics.
As an instructor/coach with 10+ years of experience in pole/gymnastics/circus and a lifelong fascination with kinesiology, their goal is to offer you the knowledge, progressions, and support to build movement that’s right for your body. Their classes are high-energy and often a bit goofy - you’ll leave tired and laughing. Outside of the studio, you can find Iris cross-stitching on the couch with their cat or exploring the great PNW outdoors. 

Iris is bringing incredible additions to the schedule… and you will love them and their classes like we do. Stay tuned as we announce 3 new classes!
