You’re not alone

We are three friends with deep, spiritual connections to each other, to death and to dying people. The voices calling us to this work are loud and clear. We are honored that you are considering asking us to help. Frith, facilities manager, designer and mom Monika, EMT, wilderness guide, shaman and musician Karin, educator, author, acupuncturist and herbalist

We are connected in part by a mutual love of music, nature and spiritual exploration. After several years of peering together into life, death, and everything in between, we felt the call to serve our communities as death doulas. Careful research lead us to take INELDA's world-class training, and we launched AGDF in December 2018. Each of us volunteers with hospice programs, in Seattle and Olympia. We are, perhaps obviously, unafraid of death, and are fascinated with what lies beyond it. Although not much alike as people, we are pretty much in sync in our world-views and the spirituality that is the foundation of our work. Between the three of us, we are confident we can handle anything your situation may ask of us, and as a team, can accompany you around-the-clock if required during you or your person's last hours.
