Sometimes…in order to move forward, you have to go backwards first. 🤘🏼
The right sequence is necessary for any long term goal. Without the right order, you’re delaying the long term progress you’re working towards.
Sometimes that means taking a step back…
👉🏼pausing lifting and retraining your pelvic floor and deep core
👉🏼creating a blank slate to learn the right nutrition for YOUR body that is sustainable
👉🏼building your body FIRST before trying another cut to get leaner
Is it “slower?”
Maybe in the short run.
But it’s better than skipping steps and ending up further back than you started before accepting the right step by step sequence.
Delayed gratification is one of the hardest things to conquer.
It’s the small things that stack up to massive results.
And the STACK is what lasts.
Not one big piece that you have to knock down at some point anyways.
