This Friday at 7 PM, the Evolv Games returns for another crazy challenge!

Don’t forget, we want you to work out along with the trainers and challenge their scores! This week you’ll need 2 light hand weights (some cans or bottles will do), and a medicine ball (a backpack with some clothes and books).

We’ll also be live on Facebook Friday at 6 for the pre-show hosted by Cody Von Whistler! So, tune in, ‘cause that’s a rule, and Cody makes those.
