a message from mama emily: dare to desire❤️‍🔥

at our ladies room circle, emily reflected on when an astrologer told her she had tons of international travel in her future…

at the time she said, “me.. no way.”

but today… she just got back from two trips to costa rica, is going to kenya, paris and montana just this year.

& it made her realize where she was suppressing her desires due to old storylines, and external circumstances.

so she encouraged us to dare to desire❤️‍🔥💭

to catch yourself when you say “that could never be me” & pause to say “why not?”

tuning into what is your intuition vs fear taking control.

if it’s something you truly desire… why not choose to take the leap?

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s so easy to take for granted the thing that quietly carries us through each day — our breath.

Yesterday we gathered to raise money for Alisha’s healing journey and hold space for community healing. Alisha reminded us that our breath is one of the most profound gifts we carry.

She shared that it was such an honor to breathe together, and it moved all of us deeply.

It got me reflecting — our breath is our portal into the present moment. And sometimes it takes a moment of collective stillness to remember that.

So today, we encourage you to take even 5 minutes. Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly, and connect with your breath. Thank it for supporting you and allowing you to do the things you love. 🌬️🤍

Alisha is such an amazing light in our local ballard community & we are so honored to hold space for her healing💌

Jade, has been talking about launching community time for a while now with the goal to come together as a community to share space and uplift those in need

& when I, Amanda, met Alisha at ’s open house & again at ’s sound bath and learned more about her story, I knew she was the perfect person to uplift as we launch this community series🕊️

Alisha has been dealt a hard hand in life, but continues to show up for her community and live fully.
